Because our Mod’s are built offsite, installation is fast and clean, usually 2-4 days on site. Timeframes can vary slightly based on your model and site conditions, and we’re happy to walk you through a clear timeframe, with very little disruption to your property unlike traditional building methods that take months on site.

Each model includes quality fixtures, insulation, lighting, floor coverings and a complete interior fit-out. You can choose from our colour palettes or we can work together on a bespoke option. We will happily run you through everything that’s included.

Our floorplans are designed to maximise space and function, as well as ease of transport keeping costs down. We can discuss small adjustments depending on the model and your needs to our existing designs, or custom design the home of your dreams.
