The Brains Behind Mods on the Move.

With a combined 48 years in the building industry, Jedd Nooy and Craig Willis bring deep expertise from across a variety of settings. Over time, they’ve seen a shift in how Australians want to live—seeking flexibility, sustainability, and simplicity. It was a casual café conversation between the two that sparked an idea: to create modular homes that truly reflect the changing shape of contemporary living. And just like that, Mods on the Move was born.

Behind the scenes, Jedd and Craig are supported by their equally passionate partners, who share in their vision and often bring fresh perspective to the business. The heart of the team also includes four adorable dogs—each with their own personality—who keep things grounded, fun, and just a little bit chaotic in the best way.

Together, it’s a tight-knit crew driven by innovation, family, and a love of great design.
